Welcome
We are an independent mental health and wellbeing organisation providing high-quality, tailored support to our local community and beyond.
Our base is in Failsworth, with in-person services available to individuals, families, schools, businesses and organisations across Greater Manchester. Beyond that, our online mental health education, awareness programmes, and remote therapy sessions connect us with people all over the UK — creating a wide-reaching community built on understanding, accessibility, and genuine care.
Below, you’ll find a full overview of the services we offer. Take your time exploring each page to learn more about who we are and how we can support you.
Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook for real-time updates on our online adult workshops, training courses, and a steady stream of daily motivation, self-care tips, and wellbeing content.
If you have any questions about our services, we’re only ever an email or phone call away. We’re here to help.
Our Psychological Services
"It isn't what you have or don't have, or who you are, or where you are, or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about."
