Term Time 6 - 16 Years Old Wellness Workshops

Kids with Capes

Our term-time wellbeing workshops are specifically designed for children who struggle with social interactions, making and maintaining friendships, become anxious or stressed easily, suffering from any type of bereavement/trauma, experiencing bullying, going through a difficult life transition (such as parental separation), or just need a little help with improving their general mental health.

Have no fear (6 -10 years)

My teenage brain and me (11-16 years)

The sessions are personalised around the children who attend and include a mixture of activities, including psychoeducation, learning coping strategies, self-care techniques, and opportunities to develop their social and communication skills.

We also have seasonal outdoor activities, arts and crafts, yoga and meditation classes.

Each child who attends will gain invaluable knowledge and applicable skills that will help them through any psychological, or social issues they may be facing, or may face in the future.

The wellness workshops are smaller groups, so for any children who are socially anxious, or shy, they will be very well supported, and we do also have a separate sensory room that is available for any children who may become overstimulated when with us.

There is an initial one-to-one session with a therapist to assess your young person for risk, as well as ensuring they get the best, tailored support from the groups - this is free of charge - and then the sessions are £20 a week, which you can pay weekly when you drop them off.

The best part is... there is no time limit to how long your child can come for - they can come until they feel ready to move on.
